what is pilates

Alongside pilates classes we offer one-to-one personal training.

 

If you have goals you would love to achieve but for whatever reason haven’t yet, personal training would be great for you.


We will start with a postural assessment so that we can begin to understand your body a bit better. By then designing a Pilates workout with a complimentary exercise regime and food diary analysis, we can work towards your goals together.

 

One-to-one sessions are conducted in the privacy of your own home or at The Lotus Backcare Clinic upon request.

A completely bespoke program!

 

 

 

Prices

• One-to-one training £40 for 1 hour or £20 for half an hour
• One-to-Two training if you prefer to share the session with a friend £25 each per hour
• Small group training 3-4 people £15 each per hour
